Mr. Lau Tak Wa Antony Appointed as Managing Director – Head of Origination and Capital Management (ex-Korea) at Pacific Aegis Capital Management Group

Pacific Aegis Capital Management Group today announced the appointment of Mr. Lau Tak Wa Antony as Managing Director – Head of Origination and Capital Management (ex-Korea) at Pacific Aegis Capital Management Group, with effect from June 20, 2022. Mr. Lau will be based in Hong Kong.

Mr. Lau will be responsible for deal origination, structuring and financing for Pacific Aegis Capital Management Group in the Asia Pacific region ex-Korea. Before joining PACM, Mr. Lau was the executive director of various subsidiaries of China Vered Financial Holding Corporation Limited (“CVFH”) and was holding SFC licenses to carry Type 1, 4, and 9 regulated activities. He originated different direct investment projects in CVFH with more than 3billion Hong Kong Dollars which covered pre-IPO, IPO, stocks, derivatives, fixed income, structure financing and fund investments.

Mr. Lau obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
