Pacific Aegis Capital Management Group (“PACM”) provided HKD 110 Million loan cross-border facility.
PACM has provided a cross-border HKD 110 million loan facility to a Canadian company. The loan facility is secured by mortgages on a residential asset located in Vancouver BC, Canada, and another residential asset in Southern District in Hong Kong. Proceeds are used to repay the existing indebtedness and expenses associated with the facility.
