Pacific Aegis Capital Management (“PACM”) Provides HKD 230 Million Loan Financing Secured By Hong Kong Industrial Building
PACM has provided a HKD 230 million senior secured financing facility to a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The financing facility is secured by an en-bloc industrial building with an approved waiver granted by the Lands Department to convert into a commercial building located in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Proceeds are used to finance general working capital and repay the existing indebtedness.
